Noordhoek Grated Cheese Bodegraven

Our Experience with RSS Surface Technology

Within our company, we had several machines, vibrating conveyors, and distribution knives that needed to be refurbished. The existing machines were equipped with Teflon to prevent cheese particles from sticking.

Our primary new requirement was that we no longer wanted Teflon on our machines. Therefore, we had to look for a PFAS-free solution.

We chose RSS Surface Technology because they had a ready-made solution for us. They ensured that all parts were stripped of Teflon and provided with a new RSS Ceramic coating over two weekends.

We are very satisfied with all the services provided by RSS. Without having to shut down our production lines for days, they arranged for us to resume operations with the refurbished parts on our machines directly on Monday after the weekend.

The overall guidance during this project was simply excellent! Everything was well-coordinated and proceeded entirely according to plan.
