Anonymous meat processor

Anonymous meat processor

When processing ground meat, the adhesion of fat to the inside of the pipes is a significant problem. The pipe slowly clogs, hindering the flow of ground meat. Additionally, there is a risk of accumulated fat detaching unexpectedly. This results in product rejection and customer complaints.

To prevent these issues, preventive production stops are scheduled to clean the pipes in between operations. This reduces fat buildup. However, the downside is that frequent production stops are time-consuming.

After treating the inside of several pipes, the results were very promising. In the two photos on the left, you can see the old situation without coating inside the pipe. This is the view of the inside of a pipe after processing 5 tubs of ground meat.

In the photo on the right, you see a pipe treated with RSS Ceramic. This is the view of the inside of the pipe after processing 26 tubs of ground meat.

By treating the pipes, interim production stops can be eliminated, and product rejection is reduced.
