From compliance risk to documented result — our approach in four steps
From compliance risk to documented result — our approach in four steps
The European food industry faces four simultaneous compliance deadlines: the PFAS ban, 20% drinking water reduction before 2035, tightened IFS/BRC/HACCP standards and new IED discharge requirements from 1 July 2026. RSS Ceramic Coating addresses all four — in one treatment, during your planned downtime.
Step 1 — Free compliance & water scan
We analyse your current situation across four dimensions: PFAS risk, water consumption per cleaning cycle, cleaning time and risks at upcoming audits. You receive a written report with measurable targets, prioritisation per machine and expected ROI. Free. No obligation.
Step 2 — Tailored treatment plan
Based on the scan, you receive a concrete treatment plan with scope per machine, schedule in your downtime or weekend, investment and expected payback period. No vague quotes — but a document you can present to your management, quality department and auditor.
Step 3 — Coating during your planned downtime
Our certified technicians apply the coating at your site or in our facility in Almere. We work during your weekend or planned maintenance stop as standard. Monday your line runs — coated, documented and with immediate results.
After completion you receive a performance report usable for your IFS/BRC/HACCP file and water savings file.
Step 4 — Recoating subscription
RSS Ceramic Coating is effective for 2 to 3 years. Via our subscription:
- Periodic wear inspection
- Proactive recoating advice
